The ceremony and reception will take place at Hotel Drover in Legacy Hall. The ceremony will be held on the outdoor terrace, followed by cocktail hour and the reception indoors, with access to outdoor spaces as well. Hotel staff will be available upon arrival to guide you to the event location!

Please RSVP by April 5th, 2025. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declined, as we will be finalizing our headcount with vendors immediately following the deadline. If you're unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly. Your timely response is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

We would love for our family and friends to dress up and celebrate with us! We’re requesting black-tie attire with an optional western flair. Gentlemen, please wear a tuxedo or a dark-colored suit. Ladies, please opt for a midi or floor-length dress. Feel free to add a touch of western flair—cowboy boots or a hat are welcome!

There are plenty of parking options available in the area. You can park in the Stockyards for $15, or choose valet parking at the hotel for $20. If you're staying in town and plan to Uber, we highly recommend that option. Alternatively, the venue is within walking distance from most hotels in the Stockyards, so you can easily stay close by!

Due to venue capacity limitations, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

While we would love to see your little ones, we've decided to make our ceremony and reception an adult-only event. We hope you understand and enjoy a fun, kid-free night out!
